This course aims to deepen the technical knowledge of using Ansys Maxwell for analysis of rotating electrical machines.

These techniques are able to increase the performance and complexity of simulation to achieve greater accuracy and speed in solving current industrial problems.

Topics include loss analysis, mesh refinement, reduced order model creation and optimization. The examples are motor designs, but the same techniques can be applied to other electromagnetic devices.
